Developing Business Relationships with Real Estate Agents
Posted under GeneralIn participating in the real estate market, it is important that one builds a strong, if not, good relationship with his broker, or real estate agent. The fact that one employs them and pays them their salaries to do their job does not mean that they are mere employees; they are to be considered business partners. These business partners will forever be in the real estate market keeping track of the people they did business with and keeping in mind those who can be trusted and those whom they are sure cannot.
In doing business with them, one should always make sure that they are to keep a good impression of the business transacted. In this case, if one would need for a second time, a reliable agent, one could always count on the previous agent. If the record of a person is good, it could be assured that if a good offer comes from the market to the agent, the agent will come to his previous employer (you), to tell about the good deal and ask him first if he is interested or not with the deal.
Keeping a good record is good business strategy for any company, and especially for individuals who are just interested in buying real properties.
