Croatia Apartments
Posted under Vacation Properties by adminThe dramatic increase of Croatian hotel prices over the past few years, especially in towns of Dubrovnik and Hvar, have led many European tourists to pick other travel destinations to spend their vacation. Apartment rentals are a great alternative to expensive hotels in Croatia. This form of budget accommodation is popular all over Europe, and it’s the perfect solution when visiting Croatia for a weekend or even for longer stays.
If you are searching for apartments in Croatia, here are some things I found out. The cheapest apartment you can find is around 25 EUR per day, and the most expensive cost over 90 EUR. Renting an apartment in Croatia has many positive, however you need to be informed about self catering in Croatia - it is not like renting a hotel room where you are renting an apartment with hotel services. You will be renting a true home which will have only weekly cleaning, not daily, and there will be no front desk. You will have your our own kitchen and you will need to go out on the first day and do your grocery shopping. It also means getting more space to live in as compared to the confines of an average Croatia hotel room. This amount of space is welcome and it also means getting more privacy.
Most Croatian apartments can be found on Adriatic coast, regions of Istria, Kvarner and Dalmatia. Island of Hvar (Hvar apartments) and the town of Dubrovnik (Dubrovnik apartments) are the most popular tourist destinations on the Adriatic coast, and the most expensive ones. The closer you are located to central locations like the city center, the higher your rental price will be. But, with such a large choice of apartments in Croatia, travellers can easily find an accommodation that will match their expectations in terms of budget and location.
